CANCELLATION POLICY

In consideration to other clients I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. If the service is achievable, a $10 late fee will apply to your service total. ​ Appointments that are NOT cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged 50% to your credit card. ​​ No call/ No show will be charged 100% of the service booked by you. You will also be unable to book future appointments with Cozy Beauty. Non-Refundable color deposit: A deposit is required upon booking a color service and will be deducted from your service. You have a grace period of 72 hours to book a re-do color service if expectations aren’t met. *Disclaimer All hair types respond different to products and heat. I am not responsible for heat damage or reverting once the client has left the salon. No extra guest allowed unless being serviced. No kids allowed unless being serviced.
